For Mr. Aronson, It's nice to be on the 49th Ward Up-Zoning Board. Do you think he contributes to the Alderman's campaign fund? If you said yes, you would be right!

Will the buyers at the 1761-63 W. Morse Avenue be warned by Mr. Aronson they have an extra tax line on their tax bill with the SSA #24.. the extra tax Joe gave the green light in raising? Can these new home owners vote to pay this extra tax or not?

As for the 49th Ward Up-Zoning Chairman Kevin O'Neil. He couldn't be reached for comment. He is busy this week pondering the future of the CTA Santa Train with his fellow CTA board members.
