SSA #24, Not at Work.

This box has been moved from one corner of Lunt to another for the past 2 weeks. It is so full now the box is busting at the seams.

How could the SSA #24 janitors keep going around this box with out picking it up, or do they not see it?

Does DevCorupt offer employee eye exams? If these janitors can't see this box, they need glasses.

Who is monitoring these SSA #24 janitors?

Or maybe this is the final design voted on for the Morse Avenue Streetscape trash containers?
