Where was Marcus?

The court wasn't ready for the confusing news. But... five court advocates were.

Marcus Herron wasn't there yesterday. He didn't show up for his own trial. His fourth attempt at facing the judge and jury.

The process all started at a court appearance Marcus and his brother Maurice asked for on Friday, September 24th around 2 pm, at the 29th Branch court room located at Belmont and Western. A day forty plus Rogers Park Neighbors took time off work. We all jammed a small court room to make sure the Herron Brother knew the Rogers Park community didn't like what they were accused of doing, beating up innocent people.. for no reason at all.

Maurice already is paying the price for this crime, six months in jail, but his brother hasn't paid his... just yet. So why didn't Marcus show up?

Marcus is currently being held in the lock-up for a felony robbery. The word was, he robbed a church of all places? This isn't confirmed but I-CAM reports a church was robbed three days before Christmas, right near his place of residence. Another one was broken into on News Years Day. Could these be his crimes too? First gooning, now stealing from God's House?

So, here is the new date and time for Marcus to meet the judge in his on-going gooning case. This is provided he doesn't get into any more trouble in the next week?

Citizen I-CAM seems to have some serious funtioning issues, so it isn't reliable. Beat 2431 Facilatator Kevin O'Neil doesn't want to explain why the I-CAM doesn't work right at CAPS meetings, instead he wants to spend his time promoting DevCorp North issues?
