No kidding, take a look in the mirror Alderman Moore, DevCorp North lobbies for your developer contributors, TIF's and SSA's. They feed your coffers with campaign contributions and work for you during the election cycle and on election day. You reward some quite well with taxpayer funded jobs, many which only get half done.
If you are sincere, put a end to DevCorp North's corruption first.
