That's a condo building. I think the tagger lives across the street in one of the problem buildings(6814 probably) on our street. Has anyone called 311? I plan to.
At least Charlie is posting. There is this 30 or 40 something year old who loves to tag buildings. He gave one of my neighbors the finger. I told the neighbor to keep his digital camera ready to photograph the idiot.
