On my way to Midway airport on Thursday,( yes I'm in Vegas now ) I noticed our new streets and sanitation boss for the 49th ward doing some cruising on Lake Shore Drive. Was Mike lost? Does Mike know where the 49th ward is? Mike, you are heading in the wrong direction buddy.

It looks like it says Ward49 on the back so at least we know where it came from. However, just because he is travelling outside the ward does not mean he is not on ward business. I agree with rpneighbor, we should give the new guy a chance before we crucify him. Oh wait, was he hired by Joe? Hang 'em! ;p
