How many times will Alderman Moore allow DevCorp North the ability not perform their duties and still allow them to collect a Special Service Area #24, taxpayer funded paycheck? Is Alderman Moore that snow blind?
How can Alderman Moore continue to allow Ms. Bares at DevCorp North to get away with ripping off the public taxpayer?
Ms. Bares is making a joke out of the Special Service Area tax.
A simple thing like snow removal. Can't Ms. Bares get this simple chore done before the taxpayer has to do it themselves?
Here are four businesses that couldn't wait for Ms. Bares to keep her ( Broken ) promise, a promise to provide snow removal services.
Yet, Alderman Moore finds this boondoggle acceptable? These business owners don't Alderman Moore.
