On Wednesday, March 29th at 7pm, the community will review plans to re-develop the lot call 1534 West Greenleaf Avenue. Currently on this lot sits 12 very tacky, but functional, lower income apartment units. The presenter Joe Pervan will show and discuss with us his plans to put an 8 unit condo development in it's place.

The very definition of an Aldermanic info-mercial: a paid, after hours promotional appearance by the guy whose day job is writing the laws of our city, calling a meeting to explain to his day clients that "there's nothing we can do" about his evening client.
