* Hugh Wants To Know

Loyola is getting coaching on community process from Joe Moore and DevCorp North. Squeeze the lead time, no notice, hold info-mercials, say they are to gather input, take no notes, do what you want.

Why was DevCorp North's Executive Director, treasurer, and staff member Dan Butt at the meeting?

How does a tax-exempt non-profit property owner building a non-commercial, tax-exempt building on tax-exempt property involve our friendly neighborhood CDC?

How does consulting for a not-for-profit on a variance from the Lakefront Protection ordinance fall under DevCorp North's stated tax-exempt purposes or contract obligations with the taxpayers of the City of Chicago?

Will DevCorp North testify or provide a letter of support for this?
