* Alderman Moore on Crime

Good News Kitchen held the first forum today and I've put together some short unedited clips on issues that matter to the 'Broken Heart'. I'll have plenty of coverage as Julie was taking notes and will have her view later. About 100 people attended.

Our first one minute thirty-five second clip is Alderman Moore and his wonderful crime record. This is a long download/upload process, be patient.

All other candidates and their handlers will have to wait until I get the rest downloaded then uploaded for critiquing purposes.

For the record, I captured the crime record and closing statements - along with Rev. Pagan's opening statement about her group not endorsing any candidate. She repeated that statement three times, just so us bloggers would understand she is neutral in the matter.

Blognotes: One thing is for sure. Alderman Moore and Jim Ginderske seem pretty close. Alderman Moore was doing a lot of touching and whispering in Jim's ear today - like something's going on between them. More on that later.

So, without further babble, here's Alderman Moore's statement on crime. Remember as you listen to Alderman Moore, crime is down 49 percent in the 49th ward.

John said....>" Chris mentioned he was at a lot of community meetings, you just don't see him cause he's not loud like you. Chris was chiding you I believe."

I believe you're right. Either that or he was chiding Jocelyn?

When Joe's children don't feel safe on the street? Would that be around Green Bay and Ridge?
