* Alderman Moore's Early Morning War Room

Recently promoted to COO of Cermak County Hospital, David Fagus stands in front of the troops barking the day's marching orders for about a dozen workers I've never seen in the neighborhood before.

David Fagus should be making sure his Cermak County Hospital is in running order, but instead it looks like he called in sick today? What's that called again? I call it violating the Shakman Decree.

At my polling place (15) there was a sign on the judges' table that said "compliments of Joe MOORE Alderman 49th Ward." It was a big box of donuts; I don't know if that's illegal, but it's sure wrong!

It's illegal, eileen.

I am completely furious that we all didn't get Moore knocked off the ballot, because many different people have apprehended him and his people in many questionable acts. Unfortunately, I never personally witnessed them and so cannot attest to something in court that I did not see with my own eyes.

Would any of the bloggers and activists who have witnessed these things and written about them on their blogs and even photographed them be willing to go to court?

If we get the whole thing in court, could we get his candidacy voided at this point?

I'm asking, because I'm not an attorney to begin with, and I'm inexperienced in this particular matter.
