* Gordon Headquarters Vandalized
Sources in the Gordon campaign tell the 'Broken Heart' that during the evening hours last night, their campaign offices at 1600 block of West Morse Avenue got tagged by someone. Upon further investigation, only the Gordon Headquarters was touched with the tag marking.
Falling with-in the Special Service Area tax #24 commercial district, DevCorp North should immediately be helping the building owner to remove this eye-sore on the community. After all, the Gordon campaign rents the space and the owner pays extra in taxes for services of this nature.
If this doesn't get accomplished, DevCorp North isn't doing their job. Funny how all this is going to cost the taxpayers.

I've got more content coming in from all directions. This weekend should be good.
Stay tuned to the best 49th ward election coverage.
oh jesus. all the conspiracy theories need to stop. RP is a hellhole so this kind of thing shouldn't be a surprise
Don Gordon keeps asking for a "final solution" for these gangbangers. I heard him demand that at the Rogers Park Builders Group meeting - "We've been working on the Block Building for more than two years, and we still don't have a 'final solution!'"
Soon, Don will be elected and the final solution can begin!
The 'final solution' to the Rider/Block crime sump is to get the 3 or 4 good, stable tenants to a better building and get a court-ordered vacate of that sump. Most of all, make sure all the bad tenants are relocated waaay away from the neighborhood, preferably in another state somewhre.
I saw cops all over Western near Lunt on Wednesday evening around 6:10 p.m. They were in front of Greg Brewer's office. I guess there was a bomb threat. Ah, election time...
can I be the 1st to suggest Gordon supporters vandalized their own HQ?
just wanted to get that out of the way...
Vandals? I don't think so. I heard they were off sacking Rome and couldn't be bothered with a aldermanic candidate's office. If I were a suspicious person like Hugh, I'd probably blame it on the Visigoths. Could have been some Gauls though.
