Exclusive Look at 49th Ward Campaign Finance Spending

See these ads. Both ran in the Rogers Park Community Council's - Winter Newsletter (Volume 11, Issue 4, Winter 2006).

Both political ads are the same size. Both are promoting two nearly idenical platform candidates for the 49th ward Alderman's race. The messages are the same. That's where the same ends.

Ginderske's ad does not have a 'paid for' or 'donated by' disclaimer in the political ad copy. (What else is new)

Alderman Moore's does have the 'paid for Citizens for Joe Moore' disclaimer in the political ad copy.

Here's the problem. On the most recent D-2's both candidates officially submitted, the facts show a entirely different story.
Ginderske and RPCC
Ginderske got charged a whooping $950 dollars for his ad in Rogers Park Community Council Winter Newsletter (Volume 11, Issue 4, Winter 2006) and paid for it on November 28, 2006 out of his expenditure campaign funding. Just look.

1.) 49th ward Alderman Moore on the other hand, either never got charged for his political ad he said was paid for in the Rogers Park Community Council Newsletter (Volume 11, Issue 4, Winter 2006),

1a.) or Alderman Moore got charged for his ad in the Rogers Park Community Council Newsletter (Volume 11, Issue 4, Winter 2006 ) he said he paid for - and did not pay,

1b.) or Rogers Park Community Council felt the Alderman didn't need to pay for his political ad in the Rogers Park Community Council Newsletter (Volume 11, Issue 4 Winter 2006 ) because he was such a great guy and donated a $1000 dollars to the Ramirez Family Fire Death Fund?

See, the only expenditures from Alderman Moore to the Rogers Park Community Council in the last half of 2006 is...

Now, here's just one instance of Alderman Moore either not telling the truth to the campaign finance people, or deceiving them?

Or maybe he just forgot to list the $950 full page, ad price advertising cost in the Rogers Park Community Council Newsletter (Volume 11, Issue 4, Winter 2006 ) on his D-2 form?

Or, are all candidates NOT treated equal by Cary Steinbuck and RPCC? And, why does RPCC use two mailing addresses?

Either way, Alderman Moore has some explaining to do at tonight's RPCC sponsored debate. Maybe Alderman Moore will have to answer to a higher power on this one?

Blognotes: I'm going through all D-2's (income and expenses) with a fine tooth comb this morning. I couldn't find any expense for a CTA transportation card for Alderman Moore, I sure did see a lot of auto transportation expenses. Maybe Alderman Moore wasn't telling the truth about that either?

All candidates but Alderman Moore are under $10,000 dollars on hand. From the summary below, Alderman Moore was very busy fundraising. Clearly this is three guys bringing a one butter knife to a machine-gun fight.
