Just as a Cease Fire Circle Prayer was taking place at Estes and Ashland this evening around 6:00 p.m., there we reports of a shooting at Howard and Damen. Details are slowly coming in from three loyal 'Broken Heart' readers.
Update #1: Street reports say the Howard/Damen blue light Pod caught all the action. A male and female got out of a vehicle at 2003 West Howard and fired at a victim. That vehicle was earlier alleged to pulled over by the Evanston Police, giving the Chicago Police clues as to who the 'shooter' was in the car. A manhunt is set up in the 7600 block of North Bosworth.
