The Chicago Rabbinical Council door still works just after school bus crashed into the glass doors around 3:30PM today at 2701 West Howard. Five cars were also involved in the crash. They lay smashed and wrecked along the 2600 block of West Howard. One truck lost it's right rear wheel, which wound up in a neighboring home's front yard.
The school bus also clipped a pair of mailboxes. Oil was pouring from the school bus engine, covering the sidewalk and street. Both Evanston and Chicago Police responded to the multi car accident. Two people were believed to be taken to the hospital according to on scene by-standers.

This is terrible.
Why wasn't Joe Moore out there directing traffic. I think this is just racist, anti-semitic incident that could have been prevented if Joe Moore had been wearing is crossing guard's uniform and had that little paddle with the stop sign.
Are you sure Joe wasn't driving the bus?
Joe was in a nearby sniper nest. He shot out one of the tires, causing the whole thing.
It really messed up traffic. I got caught in it on my way to E.P.D.'s. Joe wasn't there...it's Bernie's ward.
