.... An Evanston man was found shot early Sunday in an alley in West Rogers Park and later died, police said. The man, identified by the Cook County medical examiner's office as Kendre Briscoe, 29, was found shot in the chest in the 2300 block of West Jarvis Avenue at around 1:10 a.m., said Chicago Police Officer John Henry. Another unsolved mystery. Things sure seem to be getting better. Better go to the C.A.P.S. meeting and report this violence.
I was a close friend to Kendre, he was truly a nice guy, I am tring to find out more about this story, can anyone help me?
