It reminds me of the early 90's NYC.. where you'd go to breakfast in the morning to find around 50 of those plastic colored caps from crack vials on your stoop... brush them all away from your doorway... only to return from breakfast to find 10 more. FREAKY.

This is just plain ridiculous. Our parks have become the havens of drug addicts, and nothing is being done about it.
Think these folks were all invited to Joe's back to school party?
