The 49 year old was robbed by the Jonquil Jungle, which has an ongoing need for its own 24 hour CAPs or EP post. It is on the verge of Evanston, yet seems to be the cheapest place in the 49th Ward to live. Now, there's an irony.
The development west on Howard should be an economic boost to the area. With more eyes out heading from and toward the Lake, we can only anticipate that complaints will rise and enforcement/presence will change. Hopefully, this guy shows up to the next CAPs meeting.
