* Alderman's Slumlord Pal Settles Lawsuit

Joe Moore's ex-ZULAC club member, campaign contributer and neighborhood slumlord Jay Johnson settled a lawsuit with the Ramirez family today in court for six (6) million dollars.

According to John Perconti, the family's attorney, the Ramirez family was "living in a Third World country, and there was no reason for that. Those conditions should not be tolerated by anyone."
