Notice again how Alderman Rainey doesn't shy away from her own problems by blaming others. Joe Moore should take a page from Alderman Rainey's play-book on this issue.

My interests in the meeting had only to do with the facts of the proposal. There were a couple of attempts to have a political back and forth but they had nothing to do with the proposal.

A big key to her political success is blaming everything on Chicago. All of south Evanston's problems are a result of the accident of geography of bordering on north Rogers Park. South Evanston would be heaven on earth if only Chicago were somewhere else.
