* Shooting on Birchwood

This is a strange one. There was a shooting this morning, but no one heard a thing. Or the other possibility could be - everyone is just numb to the sounds of gun shots in the area. Or just maybe, the shooter used a silencer? The shooting happened in the crime plagued area of Birchwood and Hoyne. How'd the police find out? The victim arrived at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston looking to be treated for a gun shot wound. Initially it was believed the incident occurred on Fargo.

No one was keeping time, but by all guesses, this crime happened around 3:45 AM. Police are canvassing the neighborhood and checking the blue light mounted camera to see if it captured anything. Nothing further.

According to the Victim, a self proclaimed Black P Stone residing in Wilmette (Go Figure?), a Gold color Ford Taurus with (4) Male Black occupants pulled up next to him and began shooting at him in his car, For no reason of course! Victim suffered a gunshot wound through his shoulder and is being treated. No shell casings discovered due to the fact that the offenders used a revolver according to the victim.

Unfortunately, it seems like Rogers Park has been designated as the dumping ground for all the stank being displaced from the suddenly trendy zip codes. And it's not confined to the East Park, but spreading into the West Park as well.

Coupled with poverty-pimp leadership in 49, and asleep-at-the-wheel leadership in 50, it engenders a powerless feeling as one watches once-grand neighborhoods descend into slumhood.

Whats a silencer? Next thing you know you will be using the term "assault rifle". Both are incorrect terms.

Wow just like on TV and in the movies!

A gun silencer (10) comprises an outer tube (16) having disk-shaped baffles (18) separated by intermediate spacers (20, 23, 25, 27) therein having bores through which discharge from a muzzle (14) of a gun barrel (12) travels. The baffles include rear beveled diversion passage pairs (48a and b) adjacent to and leading from front ports (56) into baffle bores (46) and front beveled diversion passage pairs (50a and b) leading from the baffle bores to rear ports (58) in intermediate spacers leading to outer chambers (even numbers 76-88) formed between the intermediate spacers, the baffles, and the outer tube. A bore (28) of the tube is threaded along its entire length. Front and rear faces 40 and 42 of baffles are knurled.
