6:00 PM. A fire just broke out at 1919 West Touhy, 2nd floor. The Fire Department is on scene. Chicago Police have Touhy blocked off from Clark to Damen. Adjoining buildings have been cleared out. Some children have been forced outside without coats. The police are attending to the children until a warming bus arrives at Damen and Touhy. No reported injuries. Nothing further at this time.
Updated - 6:30PM: There's two units that won't be livable tonight. Five people are going to be displaced. But no one is claiming to actually live in the burnt units.
Updated - 7:00PM: Warming bus just arrived.
