Flames are said to be shooting out the third floor window. Started at 1:40 PM. 6432 North Lakewood. Devon blocked on the east at Magnolia and Wayne to the west. Traffic going south on Lakewood blocked at Arthur. Stay tuned.
Update - 1:59 PM: Devon has been opened back up for free-flow traffic.
Update - 2:03 PM: Fires out. Lakewood is open to traffic.
