Bet all those union workers that supported Joe Moore and his re-election bid are proud to know one of the Alderman's campaign contributing pals hired scab labor to build his pay-to-play condos on Morse Avenue. That living wage for workers crap sure sounded good in the stumping speeches, didn't it?

Yea...I have been wondering about something similar to this...
Didn't SEIU and the other labor unions dump lots of support for aldermen looking to pass the Big Box ordinance? And didn't the scales get tipped with enough aldermen that would support the ordinance getting elected this past spring? So what happened? Why no BBO almost a year after the elections? Are JM and the others waiting for something for them to bring it up again? Maybe the next election cycle for aldermen?
Hey all you SEIU members that supported and work for Moore and his friends...are you glad you supported him? Are you still supporting him?
I, for one, am glad JM is my alderman...we needed someone to sit and do nothing (except maybe help his buddies get elected) for another four years, instead of working hard for RP. LONG LIVE THE DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL MACHINE!!
REMEBERING THE ELECTION THE SIEU SUPORTED JOE, PROBALY WHY HE HAS NO INTERST5 IN THE CONSTRUCTION UNION-
