* Rogers Park Murderer Arrested

Andrea Shields, 35, of the 6800 block of North Wayne Avenue was charged with first-degree murder more than eight years after the victim was killed, Chicago police said.

 Shields is accused of killing Maygredel Shields, who police think was related to Shields, about a block from her home in the Rogers Park neighborhood Dec. 22, 1999, officials said.
