Is this what Joe Moore talks about when he preaches a
"green ward?" After painting some propaganda advertising text on the Morse Avenue CTA station wall, why did Damon Reed allegedly dump what looks like paint from a paint bucket down a Chicago sewer?

and when you paint your apartment, what do you do with the wash water from your brushes/rollers?
A painter like Mo Cahill who knowingly allows her teenagers to get all fucked up on illegal drugs may do it that way.
Storm drains go to a different place than sewers and water from storm drains is not treated like sewage is.
nope. chicago has combined sewers.
and craig, what does my kid have to do with washing out paint brushes? it's not how i do it, it is how everyone does it.
O.K. then it depends on the paint. Latex paint made after 1991 is not considered hazardous waste by the EPA and can go down the drain in Chicago. All other types are considers hazardous and need to be disposed of in a proper manner at a waste facility. Seeing how the other murals always look like garbage in a couple years, they are probably done in latex paint, and the "artist" didn't break any laws.
Besides, Tom "Wo"mannis cannot really be called a credible source of information.
A source of trash talk, yes, but who doesn't know that?
