Why, it was Blaine Roberts! Blaine, you see, was freaked out around 11:00 p.m. when he saw "eight crackheads" in the hallway of his apartment building on the 1100 block of West Lunt Avenue. Frantic, he ran out of his building, wearing nothing but some satin pants and a "dago tee." Source. This is the same building (1135 WEST LUNT) Anne Sullivan from Joe Moore's office accused Tom Mannis and I of disrupting an undercover Police drug operation on without any evidence. Mannis and I are still waiting for an "official apology" from the Alderman's office for this blatant attempt to spread false information throughout the community.

* Blane Roberts Freaks Out @ the Sight of 8 Crackheads
Who was that man running frantically down North Sheridan Road in his pajamas on Friday night, June 20?

Why is no one commenting on this? Nothing snarky...from anyone? I don't know whether I should be impressed or disappointed.
Well, since you want to hear it, I'll say it:
Blaine is a great illustration of the concept of "cognitive dissonance", in that he cannot seem to grasp the connection between his support of the facility on Lunt, and the deterioration in his own personal environment.
Sort of like how Al Gore can't see what his 190,000KwH annual electricity consumption for his 12,000 sq ft house has any connection to our obscene energy usage and lack of environmental common sense.
Cognitive dissonance is really hilarious.
North Coast, you're brilliant! "Cognitive dissonance" is the perfect phrase - not only for Blaine's failure to grasp the connection but also for Joe Moore's inability to see the parallelism between what he is doing with the Gale Community Center and what Mayor Daely did with the Children's Museum.
"Cognitive dissonance" - Brilliant!
