Changes coming to Morse Ave

Troubled Rogers Park business district

By SUSAN ADAMS, Chicago Journal News-Star Contributing Writer

In that case, looks like major changes for Farwell, Lunt, and Lakewood also. And not good.

Honestly, did the camera that's in place now do any good? The criminals continued to do what they want regardless -- and others just moved over to the streets where no cameras were present.

Well, at least 1340 looks like it is going to be better for the hood... Check it out.

Great. So now we have as many cameras as the worst neighborhoods in Chicago. It strikes me that these things are bandaids rather than real solutions.

Agree with sandm. Farwell and Lunt will become very dangerous, and they are already dark and forbidding at night, especially the 1500 and 1600 blocks.

Thanks for the warning, for I saw a place that I made an offer on in 2004 that was rejected, on the listings cheaper than my offer. I think I wont be making any more on those streets.
