White Male Looks Suspicious on Jonquil
8:30 AM: Anonymous 911 callers says male/white, scruffy looking, looks suspicious. White male is walking back and forth in the 1700 block of West Jonquil. 911 anonymous caller says white male is looking for someone named Tony. Police think white male may be looking for drugs.

Paulina is brought up every month at the CAPS meetings as a hot spot for drug activity. The solution was to install a camera at the corner of Paulina and Howard. Looks like the business has moved to the corner of Paulina and Jonquil Terrace out of the cameras view. Just 2 blocks away is another camera at Jonquil Terrace and Ashland. 3 cameras in a 3 block radius doesn't seem to scare the customers or the dealers away.
So, every white guy walking on Jonquil looks suspicious. They must be looking for drugs?
Why else would they be up there... right?
Bos - at the last CAPS meeting they did inform us that 4 were arrested on that strip on Paulina.
Sound about right?
The blue cameeras only solve murders. the cameras are fake, !
