Funny what a winning team can do to the economy. This evening the Blackhawks play what could be, the last game of the season. And the bars and nightclubs are going to have their hands full dealing with the wild crowd. Oddly enough, if the Blackhawks win, people will act like idiots and destroy things. I'm sure we're all hoping that isn't the case.
Anyhow, a few places that might be fun to watch the game tonight around Morse Avenue:
The Glenwood.
Act One Cafe.
The Morseland.
Leona's.
Dukes.
Please, everyone, let's try to behave, and enjoy a winning team tonight. Let the other neighborhoods act foolishly. We can all celebrate in a dignified manner. Let's all get home safely.

There are two other 'great neighborhood spots' to watch tonight's game: 'The Red Line Tap' & 'The Buffalo Bar' at the Heartland Cafe.
I hear the cheering from the Morseland....also car horns honking and fire crackers. It's a victory for Chicago. Hope things quiet down now. It's about 10:25 PM.
We're getting a few shots fired calls around Sherwin and Sheridan that officers say are just fireworks.
Craig: Get real! RP is the last place I would expect to be messed up by sports fan mobs as a result of a professional hockey team victory. Save your "Chicken Little" neighborhood holocaust musings for

4. Bears Championships
Never thought the Broken Heart of Roger's Park would have Black Hawks fever. :P
I hope things were cool up that way because I heard in a lot of places that they were acting a little crazy!
