Loyola student missing from campus (FOUND SAFE)

22-year-old Loyola undergraduate Andia Ymeraj went missing Tuesday morning. She was last seen in Flanner Hall

A search is on for a 22-year old Loyola undergraduate who went missing Tuesday morning.

Campus Safety sent an e-mail to the Loyola Community on Wednesday afternoon stating that Andia Ymeraj was last seen in Flanner Hall around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
Ymeraj was described as being about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, and around 105 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes.
Campus Safety is asking anyone who might know about the whereabouts of Ymeraj to contact Skokie Police Department detective Glenn Wattenbarger at 847-982-5900 or Campus Safety director Robert Fine at 773-508-2398.

I'll be the cynic here & say she's run off.
That's been the case in almost all of the female students that disappear, especially those that are foreign as she appears to be.

She sounds like she has these very over-anxious "helicopter mom" type parents.

This is why nobody in law enforcement takes a "missing person" report on an adult seriously until s/he's been missing at least a few days, which means that if you really are the victim of a crime, no one will act until it's really too late to help you.

To college students: Please ring your parents up everyday just to let them know you're alive and all. Your mom is not used to her baby being out on her own and being able to just take off for a couple of days on a whim. Takes 5 minutes and saves filing a Missing Person report when there is really no cause to worry about you.
