Dog (OWNER) Found

Will the someone who lost their dog, email me. I've been hunting the neighborhood for the last hour looking for you. No tags. No microchip. Of course I'm not turning over the dog to anyone. You'll need to give a description, and what kind of collar and leash the dog was wearing when it ran up to Cota and I.
