Louis Herrera-Baker Pulls Out. Supports Joe Moore

Hello followers of The Broken Hearts of Rogers Park. This is Louis Herrera-Baker. I've been a follower of this blog as well and love reading all of the comments. I want to sincerely thank all of my volunteers for working so hard to get all of our petitions circulated and signed.

We completed a lot of work in a very short period of time. Rogers Park is one of the best wards in the city. After many discussions with my team and husband Brett, I've decided not to file my petition to enter the Aldermanic race.

My main focus will be with my husband, our son and our growing family. I will continue to be politically active and will assist Rogers Park's leadership to help make our community a safer place for our children to thrive.

I'd like to take this opportunity to give my support to our current Alderman Joe Moore. I've been able to meet with him and other community leaders and feel strongly that Alderman Joe Moore is the leader we need for Rogers Park to flourish. I respect Alderman Moore and his leadership for our little corner of Chicago. Thank you all for your support and know that my heart is with you and everyone in our community.

Rogers Park isn't a ward!
That alone made you unqualified for the position of alderman.
If you can't get something as simple as this correct, then you're not going to get anything correct!

Dear Ms Herrera-Baker, since you think Mr Moore is what Rogers Park needs, please ask him what he plans to do with the area North of Howard? He has ignored this area and the problems in it for over 10 years now.

When it comes to meaningful planing and action, Joe Moore has been ignoring the NOH neighborhood for more than 18 years.
