Ran into Katy Hogan at Dominick's this morning in the check-out line. She tells me Miguel del Valle will be in Rogers Park today. She mentioned he'll stroll down Clark Street before stopping in at the Heartland Cafe. Hogan was sporting a del Valle for Mayor button on her coat. A look at the official website of Del Valle shows the event is canceled. A call into the campaign when unanswered.
