Loyola Park voter turn-out better than normal
As of 4:55 p.m., the 27th and 29th precincts in the 49th ward are showing above average results. In the 27th precinct, 722 residents are registered to vote, with *340 casting ballots as of 4:55 p.m., today. In the 29th, it's much better. *345 registered voters have come out to the polls today, with 686 registered voters in the precinct.
BLOGNOTES #1: The cute leashed up dogs weren't allowed to vote, but barked at the voters arriving.
BLOGNOTES #2: *These voting numbers don't include early voting, absentee or military mail-in ballots.
BLOGNOTES #3: The actual machine numbers are doubled what I reported, as there are two sheets to every one voters ballot count. If you voted, you'd know that.
