I was walking through campus like I usually do today and I saw a banger-type of guy doing the paranoid limp walk.
Profiling or not, he was clearly not a student and should have been stopped and questioned.

Anyone know how much Loyola U does in terms of constantly reminding students that they need to aware of their surroundings at all times? After all, they are not attending a campus in the middle of cornfields like Northern Illinois University. They are attending a school that is within Chicago city limits, and as with anywhere and in any neighborhood in this city, people need to be on guard. It seems like the warnings about safety are only given after something happens.
