Those aren't shell casings my friend. The kidnappers of the Big Belly have been torturing our little garbage can because Joe Joe Moore won't pay the ransom by force feeding broken bicycle pieces from the Morse EL stop into the Big Belly. It just has a little indigestion. (BURP). So watch where you step. Those crumpled pieces of metal only look like shell casings. They used to be handle bars.
Crime is down. Just ask any of the big bellies at CAPS.
