Just wanted to give you a heads up. The Broadmoor is a Federally funded section 8 building and it gets monies from other agencies too. Drug dealers and hookers in the halls, urinating in the elevators, threatening the good residents who threaten to call the cops, a real pigsty. And, I saw your blogspot poster on the south side of Howard on one of the many vacant buildings.
