Rogers Park dot Com Promotes Closed Business

Morse28
While Rogers Park dot Com was warned they were promoting a business the City of Chicago shut down, warned by community residents this business was harboring the gang-bangers, the management of Rogers Park dot Com censored the warning and left the praise for this semi-shuttered gang hide out.

Alderman Moore warned neighbors at the January CAPS Beat 2431 meeting, this business is closed. No one from Rogers Park dot Com listened nor even showed up, yet they still consider this a Jewel of Rogers Park. Who is really promoting bad news, Mr. Glasser? If the praise click doesn't work, that means the management got the message.

A & L's Soul Food is a jewel we found on Morse Ave. This is authentic home cooking, plus they make you feel at home. The menu changes every day, and your main dish and two sides will set you back a little less than $10. They do carry-out, but we've gotten to where we like to stick around. It's small and easy to miss, but it's west of the el, across from where the Osco was. Very nice people who deserve a visit.

Sunday Oct. 3rd at 1:25 pm I witnessed a drug transaction north of Morse on Glenwood near the DJ Ranch. When finished, the buyer continued north while one of the two dealers walked to Wayne and turned south, and the other went to the A & L Kitchen perhaps to wait for more business.
