To find Kimberly Bares her own space, Mr. Coe's property hunter, Mr. Horiwitz visited the owners of 6961 N. Greenview. His job was to intimidate the owners into selling their property.
The owners found Mr. Howritz and his tactics insulting when he told them..." their property wasn't worth anything"!
When the owner of the property told this revelation to the crowd of fifty residents on March 15th, Mr. Coe was hesitant to admit he knew Mr. Horiwitz. Fingers began to be pointed at each other.
At this point Attorney Joseph Moore stepped in to cross examine Mr. Coe.
Alderman / Attorney Moore: "He doesn't work for your company"?
Mr. Coe: "No"
Alderman / Attorney Moore: "So... he's an independent contractor"?
Mr. Coe: "Yes".
Alderman Moore: "Thank you".
