Still No Answer Why They Hide The Special Service Area Tax
1225 W Morse
43 New Special Service Area #24-Taxpayers, that will be paying un-expected money to the DevCorp North money pit. Money will help build Kimberly Bares a new office on Morse Avenue.

Where is this extra pork-barrel, line-item tax on the advertisments or this website listing?

Come clean DevCorp North...put this on the website. Aren't you proud of your Special Service Area taxpayers?

43 new taxpayers is double the amount of taxpayers that supported this whole Special Service Area Tax hike.

Or will they, "find out about it when they receive their tax bill"? as your trusted Kevin O'Neil DevCorp North, Secretary of the Board warns.

Let the buyer beware and warned! Because DevCorp North won't do it.

And another thing DevCorp North... a Bar/Nightclub, posing as a Restaurant, to secure a liquor license is only new for a week. After a year, it's consider established!

The Miracle of SSA

The faster DevCorp North can fill up these condos, the sooner they get new revenues! The Cook County Collector will collect dues for DevCorp North from our new neighbors, under penalty of law.

Some neighborhood booster club DevCorp North is, huh? They have to pass a law to force people to support them. They have to trick people into sending them money.
