Caught Taping Fliers On Storefront Windows With-out Permission
Here we have the Smoking Gun. We caught the mysterious litter makers. On the Special Service Area taxpayer funded desk is a stack of pink fliers with the post-it note instructions to litter the neighborhood. Well, not exactly, it does give instructions to distribute. It doesn't say how. This pink flier is for an upcoming, Grown-Up's in Kindergarden Class.
Hired to clean up, this janitor has a bag of garbage (pink fliers) in one hand and tape in the other. Clearly he is caught junking up storefront windows with fliers. Not asking for permission, this guy tapes up both sides, in english and spanish. Actually they had a couple of janitors doing this blatant, unethical, window littering, information distribution. Does DevCorp North think they own every window on the street? DevCorp North's version of Gang graffiti.
In any other commercial neighborhoods, neighborhoods that don't have vacant storefronts, a Chamber of Commerce manager or administration person will walk in and ask the owner to hang the flier on the inside, not here, not DevCorp North, their method is to send out a bunch of flunkies to violate business owners property.
Our leaders are too lazy and don't want to follow their own vision meeting results. Are Kimberly Bares and Rene Carmego much too busy running their side business, Community Solutions Group to focus on new ways to promote Rogers Park?
Here we have another outside mounted, double side by side posted flier that was taken down when the owner arrived to work. The owner was super pissed DevCorp North keeps doing this. But what can he do? Maybe DevCorp North will have a heart and send this guy over?
