The Orange fliers appeared out of no where. Using the DevCorp North method of fliering, the Alderman's office posted a Community meeting notice.

As usual, these fliers are stuck up everywhere on Morse Avenue, this time using the new doubled style of fliering, one next each other, and another one on top of each other, all attached to the outside of buildings.
This is the result of such poor fliering, they litter the ground. Or was this placed this way for a reason?
Yet, the most important property in this whole deal got left out of the Alderman's Vacant Window Project. Or did it blow off already? Does anyone want to know what the fliers say? Does anyone know who put these fliers up? Stay tuned.
