Gangs Battle for Greenview and Morse

Neither Wanted on Corner, Both Stake Claim

Gang1

When a gang wants a corner, they "tag it" like you see here.

The forum's ArtVideo, or better known as "Joe on Estes" mentioned this tagging a few weeks ago... but only a few read it, and it's too bad. No one pays attention to that site anymore. Still with only a few reading Joe's post, didn't anyone who has an inside track to the Alderman report this unwanted marking to the Alderman during his " "Spring Clean- Up?" There is no reason for this tagging to be here on this corner.... that long.

When will our community vision engineers figure out the property they took the inside track to acquire is now tagged for ownership by the another gang? The Special Service Tax Janitors pass this everyday, or at least they are paid to.
Gang2

Don't they report this to the manager? Isn't the managers making the rounds to see if they are doing a complete job? Or is half a job good enough? Gang Graffiti removal is far greater a community service than painting half of a pole.

Quite frankly, both are unattractive, community eyesores. This may be DevCorp North's idea of a renaissance, but it's not my type of community vision.
Gang3

Here is another example of no one at the wheel. More gang markings on Morse. This one is huge. This marking has been on this building for over a month. Everyday the Special Service Tax Janitors see this tag... that's again, if they are really doing their job. Not one report for removal? This building is directly across the street from the Special Tax Janitors office on Morse.

Let's see what I can do to help get these gang marking eyesores removed? I'll let DevCorp finish painting the other half of the street poles.

I have called 311 twice so far in 2 weeks about the graffiti on the back of 1313 Morse and it's still there! Will be calling again tomorrow.
