One day later, after being told by Mr. Block kids didn't play in his lot, three children were caught playing in the parking lot. Un-supervised no less. Mr. Block, sir, if you are going to make a statement, make the correct statement.
Kids DO play in your parking lot.

Did you get the permision of these kids' parents to post their pictures on the internet? I know you are making a point, but these kids are clearly minors.
