<----This is what the Christmas planter design looks like on Broadway. Each planter got the extra special touch. This sole service provider in charge, the East Lakeview Chamber hired Christy Webber Landscaping to decorate the planters along the SSA route this year.

The finished product looks very festive. This looks very attractive. Exactly what they are suppose to do, make the neighborhood look inviting to shop.

<--- Now look at the Christmas planters along Howard Street, circa 2005. A real life Ebenezer Scrooge is what Ms. Kimberly Bares at DevCorp North, the sole service provider to the Howard Street SSA. She is in charge of making this neighborhood inviting.

A real tight wad she is. Just call her the queen of all cheap skate bosses. Here we have Ms. Kimmy Bare Ass, cheating the taxpayers by not doing anything with the dozens of planters along Howard Street.

But Alderman Moore thinks she is just fine at her job. He must be blind.

These planters make the neighborhood shopping district look DEAD!

So, Alderman Moore says Ms. Bares is doing a great job. Bah Hum-bug. DevCorp North has been touted as the organization that maintains these empty, dead planters. Alderman Moore tells us DevCorp North does a great job at maintaining the cleanliness and beauty for our Rogers Park commercial districts. I have shown that this isn't the case. Yet Alderman Moore insists Ms. Kimmy Bares is doing a good job.

Alderman Moore, look again.

"Is Ms. Bares doing a good job? Is this your go- to girl Alderman Moore"?

Well let's put it this way, If Ms. Bares worked for a business in the private sector, if she worked for anyone other than Alderman Moore, she would be in the un-employment line.
