*Illegal Parkway Signs Placed By David Fagus Team

David Fagus, do you have no shame? How many times do we have to tell you?

THIS TYPE OF CAMPAIGNING IS ILLEGAL.

Yet, you have your little campaign workers use this illegal campaign tactic. These signs are located in the 7000 block of Sheridan Road. Yes, more than one sign. I only took this one photo, for now.

Although you should know this by now David Fagus, here are the places in the rules where it is ILLEGAL to place campaign signs and materials on.



1.) Light Poles.

2.) Parkway Trees and Planters.

3.) Other Public Property with in city boundaries. The area between the sidewalk and street.

4.) Parks.

5.) Electric boxes.

So, to our new Street's and Sanitation supervisor - Mike Erickson, please be advised, these campaign signs should be removed promptly upon seeing these pesky critters.

With the election on March 21st, they will pop up and clutter up the neighborhood at anytime with-out remorse.

Please warn David Fagus to have his workers end this tactic before we need to take further, more drastic measures.

Oh, by the way Mr. Fagus, we went through this in the winter of 2004. Did you forget? Capt Ahab didn't.
