Exclusive Man in Handcuffs Photo Story for Jeff-O
All I know is this, everyone (bike patrol, foot patrol and squad car police officers), and I mean everyone (including two sergeants) was heading to the Block building at 1345 West Lunt Avenue. The time, I'm guessing around 4:45 p.m. The one being chased (we'll call him "the perp") thought he was going to get away because he musta felt he was in the safe zone at the Alderman's buddies building.
Then, when the dust finally settled, this man in the oversized white t-shirt came up, his hands behind the back in handcuffs no less, and all the police were very, very happy. Is Jeff-O?

Sorry to change subjects, but did anyone see the streets and san. guys all over Morse and the surrounding blocks this morning? Are they taking over for dev-corp?
I never knew that we didn't have to pay special taxes to get our streets cleaned.

Sounds like a big political party tonight. Are any of the other canidates planning on being there? handing out materials?
If devcorp is so good at keeping our streets clean, then why request the city to come in for today's political rally?
Jim, yes I sae them out there cleaning this morning at 8:20. I wondered what was going on. Craig, I knew about that action on Lunt yesterday and it was at 4:45. I was hoping you'd see it.

"Jim, the City-funded cleanup is part of the CAPS "Joe Did Nothing Wrong" Safety Rally tonight at the Morse station from 5-8 pm. To give the impression of stability and control under the current officeholder, Joe's political ally Kevin O'Neil will be passing out "general safety information" and smoke alarms.
Then, in order to distract people from that issue, they will provide information about the major drug bust at 1340 West Morse. However, they will leave out information about how Joe Moore accommodated the building owners in keeping their identities secret, and keeping the building problematic."
