When Alderman Moore introduced Special Service Area tax levy manager Rene Carmago to the crowd at last night's meeting, Rene got up and explained to the room of 50 plus residents what wonderful "community planning" goes into a DevCorp North project.
It was so scripted having Rene speak. Like DevCorp North had some hand in the development we were at the meeting about.
When I asked the 50 plus community residents, "How many of these community members are in attendance this evening for the so-called 'community planning' Rene was talking about," only one hand out of the fifty in attendance rose from the crowded room.
