* Polls Are Now Open

And So Is the Cheating

It's 6:15 a.m., precinct 29 at 6935 North Sheridan Road. Better known as Leona's Restaurant. The polls are NOW open. So is the 49th ward democratic cheating operation. Caught on film. First, this lady and her group of campaigners didn't want to be photographed. I told her she was violating the order of campaigning too close to the entrance. She mumbled a few choice words and started taking out the signs that were too close as I pointed out.

This cool cat in his fur coat and sunglasses didn't want to be photographed either. Mind you, it's 6:15 a.m. and it's dark, he's still wearing his shades. He kept covering his face with the political signs like he was hiding something and it wasn't what brand of sunglasses or fur coat he was wearing. He had to pull out all his signs that he placed too close to the doorway. He wasn't happy, but he wasn't following the rules.

This was the worst offense of all. They pulled their car right up to the door of the polling place, opened the trunk, all the while voters were walking in to vote. It was almost as if they had trunk advertising pre-planned. The cars plate numbers were CHP 594, and the owner was yelling at me not to take a photograph of her car also.

It's no wonder she didn't want a photograph taken, she was violating election laws.

I trust you have forwarded the evidence to the Board of Elections and to State's Attorney Dick "Lapdog" Devine.
